Delta 3 Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated person for an entry-level, full-time position with the firm as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Drafter in the Civil/Municipal Engineering discipline.

Job description:

The Civil/Municipal CAD Drafter supports the design and preparation of plans for site development, grading, utilities, roadways, and other civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include drafting construction documents and exhibits in Civil 3D; creating alignments, profiles, and cross sections; and assisting with quantity takeoffs and plan revisions. The position requires close coordination with engineers and survey teams to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables that meet project specifications. Knowledge in Civil 3D and an understanding of civil engineering principles are preferred.

Qualifications:

· Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D

· Experience with Microsoft Office products

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.

· Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to ensure compliance.

· Must be team-oriented and capable of working with other staff members.

· Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our company’s insurance provider
