Delta 3 Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated person for a full-time position with the firm as a Professional Land Surveyor.  This position offers tremendous growth opportunity and will require knowledge or desire in the following areas:

• Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/ASCM, subdivision plats, and certified survey maps
• Preliminary fieldwork in preparation of municipal and private projects
• Construction staking
• Land records research
• Municipal infrastructure (underground utility construction, street construction, etc.)
• Civil 3D
• Surveying equipment (GPS, robotic total station, etc.)

The ideal candidate would possess one or several of the following:

• Three years or more of surveying experience
• Valid driving license and driving record acceptable to our Company insurance provider
• Civil 3D/AutoCAD proficiency
• Proficiency in the use of modern surveying equipment (GPS and/or robotics)
• Ability to communicate with the Project Engineer or with a Client
• Accountability
• Ability to keep clear and concise project records and files
• Ability/flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if/as required
• Ability to or will take necessary steps to obtain Professional Surveyor License in the State of Wisconsin within 1 (one) year of hire
